Return Policy

We offer a 14 calendar day return or exchange guarantee. If the product is not suitable for you, you can return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Period: Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original, unworn condition, without any visible signs of wear, scratches, or other damage.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in full, in its original packaging, with all included accessories (e.g., descriptions, gift bags, thank you cards).
  • Product Tag: If the product had an attached tag or seal, it must be intact and not removed.
  • Custom Orders: Items made to special, individual orders (e.g., with personal engraving, non-standard sizes, specially selected stones upon personal request) are not returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Refunds:

  • Process: Refunds are made to the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Timeframe: Funds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days after our team confirms receipt of the return.
  • Store Credit: To facilitate exchanges, you can choose store credit (a gift voucher) instead of a refund. This is a great option if you want to select another amulet later.

Return Process

To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact: Email us at info@zamuletas.lt with your order number and reason for return. If it’s a defect, attach a photo.
  2. Confirmation: We will send you a return form and instructions on where to send the package within 1-2 business days.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original box to prevent damage during transport. Include the completed return form.
  4. Shipping: Send the package via registered mail or parcel locker (according to received instructions). Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless returning a defective item.
  5. Processing: Upon receiving the package, our quality department will inspect it within 2-4 business days. Once the return is confirmed, the money will be refunded or a replacement item sent.
