  • Packaging:<\/strong> The product must be returned in full, in its original packaging, with all included accessories (e.g., descriptions, gift bags, thank you cards).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Product Tag:<\/strong> If the product had an attached tag or seal, it must be intact and not removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Custom Orders:<\/strong> Items made to special, individual orders (e.g., with personal engraving, non-standard sizes, specially selected stones upon personal request) are not returnable<\/strong> unless they have a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
